Anything is Possible, when you’re Being Trainable.

“The Being Trainable methodologies creates-underneath the heart of the matter of why people even show up to work and how to empower yourself and your team to produce unprecedented results.”

The proprietary distinctions and methodology incorporated with Being Trainable are proven to be effective practices anyone who works with teams can use to produce their vision and mission in reality.

(Client names shared with approval. Additional Client confidentiality prohibits full-list disclosure.)

Luis’s professional history includes being the Executive Director of the Hispanic Worlds Fair at the New York Jacob Javits Convention Center.  Luis created strategic market entry initiatives for Fortune 500 companies committed to the Hispanic Market. Luis’s sales and marketing campaigns were the first and only strategies to have the massive New York convention center closed due to overcrowding over three days. Filling a venue the size of the Jacob Javits Convention Center to overflow capacity is unprecedented, especially before the internet.

Luis created, wrote, hosted, and produced the Hispanic Television show “Real Estate America” on Univision, an educational homeownership and travel show educating Hispanics on home buying. Guests included current U.S. Senator Robert Menendez, Albio Sires Congressmen, and a range of Hispanic Corporate Achievers. Luis personally worked with both NJ Senator Robert Menendez and NJ Congressman Albio Sires on securing their first election victories at the city, state, and federal levels in New Jersey.

As an award-winning filmmaker, Luis has written and produced six feature films garnering him many film festival awards around the world, including two Independent Spirit Award nominations. Luis made history as the first American to make a feature-length film on location in Havana, Cuba since Earl Flynn.

Additional professional experiences include owning and operating restaurants, leading mortgage company sales teams, and developing real estate sales, and training courses.

Luis obtained much of his transformational leadership training foundation while leading courses and seminars for Landmark Education Corporation, and transformational business consulting from VSA Consulting Group. He also lead training programs for New York Youth at Risk and Students for a Better tomorrow in South Crenshaw, CA, and clients at Transparent Technologies, Inc.

Currently, Luis’s Being Trainable methodology is being rolled out through the Veterans ACT empowering military personnel to transition from active duty to civilian life.

Leading to large groups, combined with writing and producing feature films, television shows, and stage events give Luis a keen ability to keep individuals and teams of people inspired, and focused on creating, producing, and completing goals.

In all matters of life, it takes Being Trainable for a great vision (dream), with an equally great script, (business plan), to stay inspired (focused) on producing goals (mission).

When you’re Being Trainable, your vision will become a reality.
