• Creating, writing, hosting, and producing the first and only Spanish Real Estate Television Show on Univision Network called “Real Estate America”.

• Creating and producing the “New Jersey Real Estate Expo”. A bi-annual homebuyers super show generating thousands of new homebuyers leads every six months.

• Luis is a pioneer in Real Estate Sales and Training. He created, developed, and lead “R.E.S.T.” The Real Estate Sales Training Seminars. Realtors met weekly for Transformational Sales Training providing a powerful Results producing-structure.
